英語教學中心教師專業成長講座「Application of Intensive Input- Output」
The presenter will incorporate the 'Intensive Input-Output' teaching method in the presentation and demonstrate how we can apply it to reading passages. This method extends reading material by creating lexis-focused listening and speaking opportunities for students, helping them to internalize language more effectively from the input, and use it meaningfully in their output.
Presenter: Mark Richard, M.A. Journalism Studies, B.A. French and English Language, Linguistics and Literature, is an experienced presenter with ten years of teaching and training experience in France, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia. He has taught practically every age group, from toddlers to grandparents, and has worked for private language schools, government departments, and state high schools. Mark is particularly interested in how students’ brains work to process and remember what they are taught. He currently works as Educational Services Manager (Asia) for Oxford University Press, and continues to enjoy sharing ideas with teachers from around the world.
